Yes. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@chatcove.app within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you. You do not have to justify the request.

- Write from the address you bought with, if you can, so we can find the order.
- Say you want a refund. You do not need to give a reason, though we are glad to hear what went wrong.

What happens to the license
Section titled "What happens to the license"We may deactivate the license key once a refund is issued. If that happens, the app shows "This license key has been deactivated" and export returns to the free trial. Your chats, backups and past exports stay on your Mac. Browsing your history stays free.
If Chatcove will not run on your Mac
Section titled "If Chatcove will not run on your Mac"Check the requirements before buying, and try the free trial first: it lets you back up, read and search your whole history. If you buy anyway and it will not run, the refund covers you.
