Coming from iMazing? Chatcove for WhatsApp export
For exporting WhatsApp from an iPhone to a Mac, Chatcove costs $9 once for up to 2 Macs. iMazing, per its own store, has been subscription-only since June 2025, from $29.99 a year for 1 device. If you need an Intel Mac, iMazing runs there and Chatcove does not.
This page covers the WhatsApp export job only. Everything stays on your Mac with Chatcove: no account, no cloud.

Where Chatcove does less
Section titled "Where Chatcove does less"- It does one job, WhatsApp export. It does not manage the iPhone's photos, music or apps.
- It needs an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later). Intel Macs are not supported.
- It does not support WhatsApp Business. Regular WhatsApp only.
- It does not move chats to another phone. It makes a readable copy on your Mac.
Where it differs
Section titled "Where it differs"- You pay once instead of every year.
- You can browse and search your entire history before paying, with no time limit.
- Web page exports show each photo and video where it was sent. Pick one chat or many; each chat gets its own folder.
Moving over from iMazing
Section titled "Moving over from iMazing"You do not need anything from iMazing. Chatcove makes its own encrypted backup of the iPhone and reads WhatsApp from that. Follow your first export.
